Please be reminded that on Wednesday 25th May at 7:00pm the Club will hold its AGM. This years format will follow the same as last year and be a snappy afair ahead of the MATS matches at 7:30pm.
As a starting point we will issue out a Club update a couple of days ahead of time and condense the meeting with the following agenda:
* Election of officers for 2022/23
* Approval of Accounts for 2021/22
* Proposed changes to Light fees/times for coming year (change of on-peak starting at 5:20pm and ending at 8pm weekdays; same court fees as currently)
* Membership fees (no changes proposed outside of it being a normal full year of fees)
* Open Forum
In light of this please find attached a draft set of accounts prepared by our Treasurer for this year for your perusal.
If there is anything else that you wish to be raised, please raise that with the Chair or the Secretary of the club via response to this email.
I urge you to please do try and attend the AGM if you can. If you get there we'll (well I mean Mark will,) even buy you a drink (or put one in the wood for those playing that evening). A bit of bribery doesn't hurt!
