Please be reminded that on Wednesday 25th May at 7:00pm the Club will hold its AGM. As before this years format will follow the same as last year and be a snappy affair ahead of the MATS matches at 7:30pm.
For background reading please find attached a Club end of year report including the draft accounts. This gives alot of detail for what we have been up to over the year.
A reminder of the Agenda for the meeting:-
* Election of officers for 2022/23
* Approval of Accounts for 2021/22
* Proposed changes to Light fees/times for coming year (change of on-peak starting at 5:20pm and ending at 8pm weekdays; same court fees as currently)
* Membership fees (no changes proposed outside of it being a normal full year of fees)
* End of meeting
If there is anything else that you wish to be raised, please raise that with the Chair or the Secretary AHEAD of time by response to this email.
I urge you to please do try and attend the AGM if you can. If you get there I'll (Mark B) even buy you a drink (or put one in the wood for those playing that evening). A bit of bribery doesn't hurt!
