Membership Renewal – Action Required by 1st July 2026

Dear [[firstname]],
This is a reminder that membership renewals for Biddenden Squash Club are due on 1st July 2026 . To maintain an active membership, payment must be received no later than 14th July 2026 .

Please note: Any member who has not renewed by the deadline will be deactivated on the MyCourts system and will be unable to book courts, participate in box leagues and competitions, or use club facilities until full payment is received. If payment cannot be made in full by 14th July 2026 , please contact membership@biddendensquash.co.uk before this date.


Why Become a Member?

As a member of Biddenden Squash Club, you’ll enjoy:

2026/27 Membership Structure

  • Adult Playing Member: £150
  • Young Adult (18–25): £75
  • Junior (under 18): £30
  • Social Member: £20

Household Membership

  • The first adult in a household pays the full adult fee (£150)
  • Each additional household member (in any category, excluding Social members) is charged at 50% of the applicable rate
  • If you are unsure of the Household Membership amount , please contact membership@biddendensquash.co.uk before making payment

Junior Members

All junior members must be accompanied by at least a Social Member while using club facilities

Please pay by bank transfer to the club’s account:

  • Bank: Lloyds Bank
  • Account name: Biddenden Squash Club
  • Sort code: 30-92-36
  • Account number: 00916173
  • Reference: Please insert your name / family

These details have not changed.


After Payment

Once payment has been made, please email membership@biddendensquash.co.uk confirming:

  • Payment amount
  • Date of payment
  • Method of payment - bank transfer or behind bar

For each member included, please also provide:

  • Full Name
  • Membership type

If You Do Not Wish to Renew

If you do not intend to renew your membership, please ensure that you return your club key as soon as possible. Once the key has been received, your key deposit will be refunded.

Please contact membership@biddendensquash.co.uk to arrange key return and confirm your refund details.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "biddendensquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from biddendensquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Biddenden Squash Club <biddendensquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Biddenden Squash Club <biddendensquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from biddendensquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
