I hope this email finds you well. As we are well into the current membership period, we are reaching out to confirm whether you intend to renew your membership with Biddenden Squash Club.
If you have already made payment for your renewal, particularly behind the bar, could you kindly confirm this with us? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a rough idea of when the payment was made so we can cross-reference our records.
