Squash Court Booking Rules

• Members can book 7 days prior from 8 pm. In other words, a new "booking sheet" is automatically added to the system 7 days prior at 8 pm.
• Members should select their playing partner(s)/opponent(s) to show on the booking sheets.
• Maximum 2 bookings per member per day at peak times.
• Peak times are Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 10 pm. All other times are off-peak.
• Social members are not allowed to use the squash courts.
• Court fees are paid using the light meters at the club.
  • Peak £4 per 40 mins
  • Off-peak £2.40 per 40 mins
• Cancellation Policy
  • Members should not book a court unless they've made an arrangement to play another member.
  • When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
  • The system will automatically log a "late-cancellation" when a booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to start time.
  • At this stage, there are no penalties for late-cancellations, but they are logged and reviewed by the committee.
