Charity Graded Competition in Memory of Rob Davis

Starting tomorrow the club will have its Back2Squash event and this year is a little different, as we will be raising money in memory of Rob Davis.
Rob's family have chosen the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society as our charity.
Those playing in the event will all play 5 games across 4 days with the match schedule outlined below
Wednesday from 7:20pm - 16 matches
Thursday from 6:40pm - 16 matches
Friday from 6:40pm - 16 matches
Saturday from Midday - 32 matches (all players playing 2 matches) with an estimated finishing time of 5:30pm
Running alongside the event there will also be a silent auction and a raffle for anyone that would like to contribute to this great cause
Please check out the prizes on the attached image and if you want to please submit a bid before 4pm this Saturday (13th)
If you’re unable to make it to the club please message me and I can put a bid in for you
We also have a raffle with strips of tickets for £5 and the prizes for that are
- a vehicle day pass for Bedgebury
- Karakal squash bag
- Karakal squash grips
- Baked by Bridges Goodies
- smoked salmon voucher for the Weald Smokery
- a range of squash decorations
- cream tea for 2 at the Bakehouse
- selection of wines
You can also purchase a wristband, make a donation or just come up and support the event by being with us.
Finally, on Saturday the court nearest to the bar will no longer be named Court 2, instead it will be known as the 'Robert Davis ShowCourt' and we of course would welcome all our members to come along to the unveiling of this.
We look forward to this event and hopefully your support with it as well
